When using zones for filtering it is important to understand how zones function in Fuzor. Zones are designed to contain a snapshot of a model. A zone is associated with the objects that are visible in the model and contained within the zone when it is created, edited or updated. This allows the user to create separate sets of zones for different model sets or sequences. When highlight a zone will highlight the objects it is associated with and not necessarily what is visible in the scene at the time. | |||||||
A user may need to update a zone in order for it to select new objects. The Update Zones button in the 4D toolbox updates all the zones in the project. all zones are updated to associate with objects that are currently visible in the model and contained within the zone. |  | ||||||
