Menus that can be dragged have a light grey background in the label at the top. For example, the Time/Weather App, located on the quick access toolbar, is one of the panels that can be moved around. To move a menu, click and hold the app name at the top of the menu. When the menu is released, it will stay in that position and other apps can be opened without closing it. Closing the window using the X will restore it to its original location when reopened. |   | ||||||
