Vehicle Collisions

This section demonstrates how to toggle whether colliding vehicles are highlighted red.

If Ignore Vehicle Collisions is unchecked in the 4D Toolbox construction vehicles are highlighted red when they collide with objects. This is a good way to find errors in your construction animations or the specifications of a specific vehicle. For instance a crane colliding with objects in a specific phase could be an indication that the crane needs to be taller.

Exception days will not repeat weekly and allow for more detailed customization of the work calendar. The Default Working Hours determine the hours that are added to an empty Working Hours List. You can edit the hours in any working day by double clicking the start of the finish time. The fields at the bottom of the Edit Calendar View control the maximum number of hours for the given time frame.
