Peer-to-Peer collaboration allows a user to host a project that other users can join to collaborate.
There is no set limit for how many users you can have in a collaboration session. All collaborators must have a unique viewer key or a license.
The Peer-to-Peer Collaboration Tool is located in the Collaboration Tab of the Fuzor App Menu. |

Only VDC and Ultimate Fuzor License owners can Host a Peer-to-Peer Collaboration session. There are 3 ways to host a Peer-To-Peer collaboration Session.
Internet Connections: A Session Code is generated that can be used by a collaborator to connect to the session. To Host using this method Fuzor needs to connect to uswest.kalloctech.com using HTTPS port 443. The matchmaker is hosted on a Kalloc server and only serves to give a session code to the host and connect a joining session to the correct host. It does not transmit or log any information about collaboration sessions.
Local Area Network (LAN) Connections: The host appears on the LAN Host List. To update this list, select Search LAN. Direct IP Connections: collaborators connect via an IP address. This is a network address if on the same network and a TCP IP address if located on a separate network.
Direct IP and LAN require that the host be able to receive connections through UPD Port 45204 and TCP port 45205. |

Once a session has been hosted with the Internet Peer-To-Peer mode the Session code is located in the top of the Peer-to-Peer collaboration menu. To connect to an Internet Connection Fuzor must be able to communicate with uswest.kalloctech.com using HTTPS port 443. Fuzor connects to a Direct IP or LAN session using UPD Port 45204 and TCP port 45205.
the Fuzor Collaboration Invite App allows you to send collaboration invites by email. To Add a recipient, click the Add recipient button. To edit the email address double click the text or select the edit button. To remove a recipient, from the list click the trash can. The Meeting Notes text box adds some meeting notes to the invite message. The Send button sends the invites. The Cancel button will cancel this action.
For All Peer-to-Peer collaboration types The Peer-To-Peer window will display a list of connected users. When a collaborator joins you can give control over to that collaborator by clicking the green circle next to their name. If in free roam mode you can always teleport to any of the other collaborators by clicking their name in the list. The other text box will display chat messages that can be sent via the text box below it. To keep track of your collaborations it is sometimes useful to generate a report. This can be done using the Generate Report button. A report includes any changes or annotations made during the collaboration as well as chat messages and collaborators joining and leaving.
opens a menu for you to control your audio preferences.
The Tour Guide radio button forces clients to follow the host's avatar when in avatar mode. The Free Roaming radio button allows clients to control their own avatar and navigate the scene on their own. As a collaborator you can Edit your scene just as you would in Fuzor normally. However, the changes you have made will not be displayed to other collaborators unless you are the presenter. Annotations will be updated to all other collaborators as soon as they have been made. This is a great way to visually communicate while collaborating |
