This section provides detailed information on the types of measurements that can be created using the Measurement Tools App.

The Measurement Tools App is located in the Coordination tab of the Fuzor App Menu. The Alt + M hotkey opens the Measurement Tools App. The Measurement Tools App can be dragged around the Fuzor window. For more information see Workspace Management.

Different types of measurements can be taken in your 3D Scene. Each of these measurements require that you select points by placing pins in the 3D scene as input for the measurement.

Measure Two Points measures the distance between two points.

Perimeter Measure measures the total distance through multiple points.

Area Measure measures the area of a shape with at least three points.

Perpendicular Measure measures the distance from a point to the first collision along a line perpendicular to the surface the point is on.

Angle Measure measures the angle between two vectors articulated with 3 points.

% Gradient measures the change in height between two points

Gross Floor Area measures the area of a room. Select a room to measure it.

Exit Measurement mode disables measuring.

The Real-Time Display checkbox toggles whether objects are automatically measured when selected.

Selects a default measurement color override.

The Display Distance slider changes the maximum measurements display distance.

The Measurement List at shows all currently visible measurements. Select measurements with the checkboxes.

Selects a color override for the associated measurement

The Change Fonts button controls the font of selected measurement

The Delete button removes selected measurements
